A note on craft

"Custom," in our studio, means hand–set snaps, not heat–press.

We've been answering the same brief since 2008: deliver a jacket an athletic director is proud to hand to a senior on game day, a brand manager is proud to photograph on a model, and an HR lead is proud to ship to a national sales meeting. That brief is not met with sublimated polyester. It is met with 24–ounce wool melton bodies, full–grain cowhide sleeves, hand–cranked chenille letters, and brass snaps that click.

Every program on this page runs through that same material standard. What changes is the silhouette, the trim, and the storytelling surface — but the bones of the jacket are identical, whether you're ordering fifty for a college hockey program or five hundred for a streetwear capsule.

"The first reorder is the best review we ever get." — Marisol Vega, Director of Accounts, Alpha Jackets

The Five Programs

Pick the silhouette. We'll spec the rest.

Each program below is a starting point, not a SKU. Every dimension — body wool weight, sleeve leather grain, rib knit, lining, chenille letter height, label, packaging — is dialed to your program. Lead times below assume the standard 25–piece minimum per design.

Materials

What "hand–built" actually looks like.

Four materials, photographed at section scale so you can see the weave, the grain, and the thread. Every program on this page is built from these — or their explicit upgrade.

"We’ve placed four varsity orders with Alpha over six seasons. The jacket that arrived in 2025 is the same quality as the one that arrived in 2019 — and the account manager that answered my first email is still answering my email." — Director of Athletics, Mid–West Conference program
